RSF Aims & Objectives

Aims of the UWB Research Student Forum:

The Research Students Forum will represent and support postgraduate students registered at the University of Wales, Bangor (UWB).

Objectives:

To meet the overarching aim, there will be a focus on the following objectives:

• To provide a forum to discuss and address matters of concern to research students at UWB.

• To encourage research students to be aware of and consulted with regards to University policy and to advocate on their behalf within University deliberations.

• To provide social, intellectual and leisure activities in order to encourage and support a thriving interdepartmental, postgraduate, academic community within UWB.

• To help students to enhance the quality of their research.
